Role Overview Responsible for all financial aspects of the company, to partner with the CEO providing financial insights and guidance to help drive continued growth and profitability. Ensuring the financial health and stability of the company, as a commercially focused finance function, effectively supporting our internal business partners in the delivery of their strategic and operational priorities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts across all entities to support the company's growth objectives. Lead and support the finance management team, ensuring effective people management, motivation, and development. Provide cashflow projections, monitor working capital and ensure the availability of funds for operational needs. Lead group consolidated financial reporting across multiple European entities. Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and multi-currency consolidation. Improving ways of working to enhance agility, internal controls, and financial procedures.
