Job Description: Position Summary The Director of Infrastructure & IT Operations is responsible for leading the strategy, design, delivery, and ongoing reliability of enterprise IT infrastructure that supports mission-critical utility and field-based operations. This role ensures high availability, security, scalability, and performance across networks, cloud platforms, data centers, and end-user services. Operating at the intersection of technology leadership, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance, the Director partners closely with business, operations, and technology leaders to enable safe, reliable, and resilient infrastructure services. While accountable for infrastructure outcomes, this role achieves success through influence, standards, and cross-functional collaboration rather than direct ownership of all execution layers.
