Job Title: Packaging Project Engineer (Level II) Location: Richmond, VA Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Compensation: Up to $105,000 annually (based on experience) Position Overview: We’re seeking a Packaging Project Engineer to support and lead a range of engineering initiatives within a regulated manufacturing setting. This role is responsible for overseeing packaging-related projects from concept through execution, including equipment design, implementation, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing projects independently while also contributing to larger, cross-functional efforts that support production efficiency, compliance, and overall operational success.
