Trainers adhere to program delivery methods in order to ensure program uniformity is maintained. The Wellness Trainers represent the AgeWays (AAA 1-B) while coordinating and facilitating workshops throughout the region. Wellness Trainers have the opportunity to become trained in several different programs offered by AgeWays. Duties Include: Prepare and facilitate a minimum of two workshops annually in each assigned program, and in accordance with the program guidelines to ensure program uniformity, including preparing classroom and operating AV (TV, DVD) equipment. Attend and successfully complete appropriate Leader/Facilitator training prior to facilitating workshops, and annual trainings as required.
