Job description
The Corporate Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing room revenue through the development and implementation of effective inventory management and pricing strategies for multiple hotel properties. Examples include establishing strategies designed to increase top-line revenue, support sales and operations teams with associated revenue management issues, and participate in annual budgeting. The Corporate Revenue Manager will create forecasts and conduct on-going competitor price/product analysis to ensure competitive rate positioning and product offerings at each hotel property. This position is based in the Charlestowne Hotels corporate office in Charleston, SC. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Maximize RevPAR by analyzing past trends and future demand forecast to set/adjust sales strategies designed to increase market share, RevPAR growth and optimize market mix - Generate daily, weekly, monthly revenue management reports and facilitate weekly revenue strategy meetings with GMs - Maintain historical data from all distribution channels, in all market segments - Analyze and optimize distribution channels for maximum benefit of penetration - Develop, implement, monitor and con...
