Job Summary: Oversee all aspects of Radiation Protection department in conformance to regulations, commitments, industry and VISTRA company standards. Direct, control and coordinate the activities of the department to meet station performance metrics (i.e. cost, quality, availability). Job Description: Key Accountabilities: - Responsible for the implementation and execution of department programs • Assign tasks and manage personnel • Ensure activities are completed in accordance with standardized procedures. • Ensure satisfactory performance and qualification of assigned personnel; develop assigned personnel for increased responsibility and more demanding projects. • Exhibit excellent communication.
