You will provide expert advice on contract establishment, performance and variations, ensuring commercial risks are identified, managed and mitigated, and that all contractual activity aligns with NSW Government procurement and probity requirements. You will oversee panel and prequalification governance, ensuring operations are transparent, efficient and compliant, and that performance oversight supports strong commercial outcomes.
