Roles & Responsibilities: Come and join the team as a Residential Glass Installer at The Glass Guru. The Glass Guru is a growing company that offers the opportunity to grow along with the business. We are looking for enthusiastic team members with a desire to learn the trade and the business to enable growth into leadership roles with the business. The Residential Glass Installer works as a glazier in the company. They will be responsible for providing a variety of residential and light commercial services including window moisture removal, glass replacement, and the installation/maintenance of all things glass related. They will directly interact with the customer to deliver professional and outstanding service. The work will change on a daily basis as no two jobs are the same. Typical duties will include: - Inspection of all job materials to ensure the product(s) are the correct size & style, and that there is no obvious product damage or flaws. - Load required job materials to company supplied installation vehicle(s), including redundant materials, tools, job folder/paperwork, safety equipment etc... - Regular communication to office AND customer regarding status of job includin...
