Job description

We are looking for an optional Occupational Therapist to work weekends at Bethesda Butler hospital including intermittent holiday coverage. Opportunity for weekday coverage as schedule allows. Weekend Supplemental Higher Rate of Pay Job Overview: Evaluates patients, plans for and provides therapeutic interventions in a transdisciplinary/team approach. Responsible for the communication and coordination of treatment programs with other team members including the patient/family. Directly supervises assistants, interns and other support personnel, participates in program developments, continuous improvement and clinical education; and provides in-services to staff, hospital personnel and the community. Will also be expected to be a member of a collaborative team which is patient focused, functional outcome based and patient/family centered.
