Job Description Job Description Summary: The Senior Product Manager – Finance Systems owns the vision, roadmap, and execution for enterprise platforms supporting Finance system capabilities. This role drives modernization, automation, and scalability across core corporate systems that power financial accuracy, compliance, and workforce operations. Ensures the product roadmap supports the goals and strategy of the business and reflects market intelligence and customer needs. Manages the technology lifecycle of finance systems, features or enhancements from conceptualization, requirements gathering, product specification, implementation review and release. Manages the product development process by translating user testing and feedback into feature/function requirements. Responsible for product delivery schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development by coordination with finance, accounting, business, enterprise architecture and engineering to successfully release on schedule and within budget.
