LIMS Support Specialist

Overview Element has an opportunity for a LIMS Support Specialist to join our growing Lab Systems Support team. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, performance, and user experience of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) across the Americas (U.S., Canada, and Mexico). Reporting to the Head of Lab Systems Support, you will provide first- and second-line technical support across a diverse portfolio of LIMS platforms, including SaaS, custom-built, and hybrid solutions. You’ll partner closely with global teams, laboratory stakeholders, and IT to resolve issues, enhance system functionality, and drive continuous improvement. This is an onsite position (Monday through Friday) in Huntington Beach, CA , with occasional travel to local labs and limited international travel as needed.
