To support our Shipmanagement at the next possible time, we are looking for a Crew Development Manager (m/f/d) . - Develop and oversee the company’s cadet strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and future workforce needs. - Identify and recruit cadets, maintaining a strong and reliable talent pipeline. - Serve as a dedicated contact person for cadets, someone they can trust and rely on for guidance. - Track development progress, analyse training needs, and contribute to strategic workforce planning. - Plan, organise, and execute officer conferences and other in-person learning events. - Build and maintain partnerships with maritime academies - Ensure onboard training meets company cultural standards, values, and performance expectations. - Support the Crew Development team in designing and delivering training programmes, career pathways, and capability-building initiatives. - Continuously ev...
