Job description

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining the efficient operation, safety, and functionality of all building systems and equipment. This role performs timely repairs and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime, maximize equipment longevity, and ensure a comfortable environment for guests and staff. The Engineer is knowledgeable in the operation, repair, and installation of water heaters, pumps, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical components, adhering to all local, state, and NEC standards. - Perform necessary repairs to maintain smooth property operations. - Respond promptly and effectively to all guest complaints to prevent inconvenience or discomfort. - Develop thorough knowledge of operating, maintaining, and repairing water heaters, pumps, plumbing, and related systems. - Complete repairs, maintenance, and part replacements according to the preventative maintenance schedule. - Accurately record all maintenance activities and equipment data. - Continuously evaluate preventative maintenance plans to maximize equipment longevity, minimize downtime, and ensure efficient operation per manufacturer recommendations. - Maintain familiarity with all ap...
