Position Summary The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) is accountable for driving enterprise performance across an assigned portfolio of franchised restaurants. This role operates as a strategic business leader, aligning franchisee actions with company priorities to deliver measurable improvements in sales, profitability, and operational execution. The FBC leads through influence, using data, structured business planning, and candid conversations to challenge performance, change behavior, and ensure disciplined execution. Success in this role is defined by the ability to translate strategy into results and consistently raise the performance bar across the system. Candidates for this role should be based near a major airport in the Louisville, KY or Nashville, TN area.
