Position Summary: Reporting to the Head Coach Swimming the assistant coach will assist with the coaching and administrative duties for the Men's and Women’s Swim team, operating under U Sports operating bylaws, university policies and the philosophy and objectives of the varsity program and athletic unit. The assistant coach will work autonomously in the planning and delivery of practices, as well as being the lead coach for the distance swimming program. The assistant Coach will also be responsible for certain administrative tasks, related to the men’s and women’s teams as well as in terms of the management of the pool facility.
