Job description

- Take on the professional leadership of the international Accounts Receivable team and ensure efficient, high-quality receivables accounting. - Be responsible for the proper execution of all receivables management processes across multiple international entities. - Manage and monitor incoming payments and the dunning process in compliance with legal and internal requirements. - Act as the central point of contact for internal departments and external customers regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding items. - Analyze receivables, initiate measures to reduce outstanding balances, and continuously improve payment behavior. - Further develop processes, policies, and internal controls within Accounts Receivable, ensuring their consistent implementation. - Actively contribute to the optimization and automation of AR processes, including the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems and tools (especially Chargebee). - Support month-end and year-end closing activities, particularly through reconciliations of customer accounts, accruals, and intercompany receivables. - Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners while ensuring full compliance with legal re...
