Description JOB SUMMARY: JOB SUMMARYWithin the context of a dynamic patient and family-centred care model, and in accordance with established standards of professional practice and the vision and values of the organization including Indigenous Cultural Safety, cultural humility and anti-racism principles, the Clinical Operations Supervisor Rehabilitation Services oversees all aspects of care delivery and daily activities of designated programs/areas. Reporting to the Program Manager, provides operational leadership in program development areas related to best practices in the designated programs/areas, integration of innovative health promotion strategies and practice/clinical documentation. Liaises with key partners on the achievement of quality indicators and program goals and objectives. Provides leadership for the delivery of a service, works in partnership with the organizational resource areas including Professional Practice, Clinical Education, Clinical Quality and Safety and other organizational key partners, to ensure a high standard of care founded in best practice and standards of care.
