Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in program management. - 10 years of experience within infrastructure or networking domains. Preferred qualifications: - 10 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational impact. - Experience leading change management and maintaining program velocity during shifting priorities. - Ability to develop business cases and translate high-level strategy into multi-year technical roadmaps. - Ability to leverage AI to improve the efficiency and scalability of global program management. - Ability to build consensus to influence executive outcomes without direct authority. - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve infrastructure and networking challenges.
