Organize, coordinate, schedule, direct, and oversee the daily corrective and routine maintenance activities via a work order management system and functions of assigned Sarasota County locations, including playgrounds. Supervise and assess Skilled Trade Workers assigned to maintenance duties in assigned Sarasota County locations, including playgrounds, parks, recreation centers, natural areas, and beaches. Review and monitor safety equipment and instruct crews in proper work methods and safety procedures, including compliance with OSHA regulations.
