Key Responsibilities: Child Development Support Under the supervision of the Afterschool/Childwatch/Camp/Early Ed Director, you will help lead a specific age group of children (3-13 years old) through a schedule of daily activities that allows children to learn and play at the same time, explore the community they live in, participate in sports, and develop positive relationships. Provide care to children, ages 6 weeks to 12 years, who are members and guests of the YMCA. Shifts are no longer than 5 hours long. During this time, Child Watch Team Member will watch children while parents engage in Healthy Living activities at the YMCA.
