Role Summary Anthropologie Home is seeking a Design Coordinator to join the Home Design Operations team. This role provides critical operational and administrative support, facilitating the execution of the creative vision through all development stages. Role Responsibilities: - Calendar Management: Oversee internal design calendars for the Textile design teams. Partner with the Director of Design Operations and design leadership to ensure smooth workflows. Assist the Director of Design Operations in monitoring key milestones, resolve scheduling conflicts, and support teams in meeting deadlines. Attend weekly cross functional meetings to provide detailed notes and present required materials (e.g., tech packs, color/material standards). - Tradestone Management: Assist the Textiles team with tech pack submissions in Tradestone, ensuring all data is accurate and timely.
