As the sole engineering Tech, own technical problem-solving, process improvements, and operational engineering solutions. Outcomes: Process Documentation & Control: - Develop and maintain complete, accurate work instructions, travelers, routings, PFMEAs, control plans and specifications for 100% of operations within 6 months. Quality: - Maintain >85% uptime across all shop and specialized equipment through preventive maintenance planning, engineering oversight, and root cause analysis of breakdowns. - Implement documented maintenance standards and improvement plans for critical equipment. - Implement spare parts planning and revisions to spare parts planning as required to support timely support of machine repairs. - Reduce defect or rework rates by 15% within 12 months through engineering-driven process...
