Job Title: Director of Operations Reports to: VP of Operations Location: San Jose, CA FLSA Status: Exempt Compensation: $125,000-$140,000 per year plus bonus We are Mendocino Farms, a unique, fast-casual restaurant concept breaking all the old paradigms of the restaurant business.
