Senior and Expert Wire Design Engineer (Senior and Expert) Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Wire Design Engineer to support the E-7A and P-8 programs. In this role, you will develop and maintain detailed cable and wire harness designs, including assembly layouts for equipment racks, power panels, cable routing, and antennas. You will analyze design results, conduct reviews, and resolve discrepancies to ensure quality and schedule compliance. This position requires strong ownership and collaboration with systems engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to deliver integrated designs on aggressive timelines. You will coordinate with suppliers, lead technical reviews, and remove production roadblocks through clear communication and follow-through. This position will be 100% onsite in Tukwila, WA.
