Role Purpose: Reporting to the Care Manager, the Field Care Supervisor will support the day-to-day running of care services in the community. You will carry out client reviews, supervise care staff, and ensure high standards of care and compliance across the service. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the operations team with the onboarding for ongoing management of all clients and care staff, inc, care assessments, supervisions.
