Qualifications: - Checks in all specialty drop off appointments, acting as a liaison between the client and specialist and ensuring all client experiences are fluid. - Available to ER and Specialty throughout the hospital to coordinate patients’ care. - Coordinates all In House Consults. - Handles complicated or time-consuming financial conversations with clients, relieving the specialist or his/her team so they can move onto the next patient or procedure. - Assist CSRs with in-depth phone calls from clients and PVMs to discuss and answer detailed questions about services. - Ensures that clients receive regular financial updates complete with current/updated treatment plans and estimates. - Assists DVMs and Specialists with disruptive cl...
