About us: Damen Offshore & Specialized Vessels (OSV) designs and builds a wide range of highly specialized vessels for offshore, energy and maritime clients worldwide. Our projects are technically advanced, international in scope and executed by multidisciplinary teams. Strong financial control is essential to successfully deliver these projects. The role: As Project Controller, you are responsible for the financial control of a portfolio of shipbuilding projects within OSV. You closely monitor project performance, challenge forecasts, and analyze margin and cash flow development. With your financial insights, you actively support Project Managers in steering projects and making well-informed decisions. You will typically work on medium-sized or moderately complex projects, while also supporting senior Project Controllers on larger or higher-risk projects when required. This makes the role well suited for a finance professional with a solid foundation who wants to grow further in a project-based, technical and international environment.
