THE OPPORTUNITY: The Commercial Finance Manager - EMEA role is critical in supporting the Director of Finance – EMEA and the regional sales teams. Helping drive financial planning, analysis, and performance management for our EMEA commercial operations. Reporting to the Director of Finance – EMEA, this role will help advance initiatives with senior leadership and global functions and brands to ensure alignment with corporate strategy, foster profitable growth, and optimize financial performance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Financial Leadership: - Participate in the development and implementation of EMEA commercial finance strategies, metrics, processes, and procedures that align with URUS’ global commercial objectives. - Provide support to EMEA to build strategies that drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and commercial cost optimization.
