Dining Room Supervisor Position Summary The primary responsibilities of the Dining Room Supervisor involve assisting in the supervision of the wait staff in preparing the dining room for meals, in serving meals to the residents and guests, and in servicing the dining room after meals. Crisp linen tablecloths, fine china and top-quality fresh ingredients; this is made-to-order dining at its finest. Seasonal and regional menus are ever-evolving, offering signature dishes and daily specials. Qualifications and Required Experience for Dining Room Supervisor: - Two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in hospitality, senior living, or club dining rooms preferred. - Current ServSafe certification required. - Must have flexibility with schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
