This is a dual-domain role with meaningful impact: you will drive delivery on our clinician safety platform while simultaneously building a new, industry-leading communications platform that connects clinicians and operations teams through live chat, email, and SMS. Your team works across a modern, cloud-native stack — .NET 8 microservices, React, React Native, gRPC, and Azure — within a large-scale Nx monorepo.
