At LandPro Equipment, our team members aren’t just employees, they’re PROs. A Day in the Life of an Inside Sales PRO As an Inside Sales PRO , you’re often the first person customers connect with. Your day may include welcoming walk-in customers, learning about their property or equipment needs, recommending the right products, and guiding them through the buying process. You may also conduct equipment demonstrations, discuss financing options, and stay in touch with customers after the sale. Some days are focused on retail traffic and customer conversations, while others include following up on leads, supporting events, or evaluating trade-ins. You’ll work closely with your team to create a positive customer experience from start to finish.
