About the role As a Strategic Operations Lead, you will be responsible for owning and orchestrating Company Planning at Chime. This role sits at the center of how we run Chime at the executive level, partnering closely with our executive team and senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to translate our company strategy and priorities into clear, actionable business plans.
