POSITION TITLE: Summer Food Service Substitute DEPARTMENT: Food Services: STATUS: Classified – Non-Exempt, Part Time Hourly pay : $15.00 HOURS OF WORK: M-Th. 9:45am-1:15pm, 6/1-7/23 POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for providing support to the food service activities at varying locations. This position is expected to prepare and serve food items to students and/or school personnel and to maintain food service facilities and equipment in a safe and sanitary condition. This position is part of the food service team and reports to Production Manager. PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Education and Experience Requirements: Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires the performance of medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. The position involves frequent balancing, lifting, carrying, climbing, feeling, fine finger dexterity, grasping, pushing, and/or pulling; occasional walking, crawling, crouching, kneeling, reaching, and stooping.
