We're looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team supporting clients in Mansfield and surrounding areas, looking to take advantage of our diverse shift opportunities, mornings, days, evenings and weekends. Responsibilities (depending on individual client needs) - Assist with daily activities such as cleaning, preparing for appointments, meal preparation, bathing, dressing, community engagement etc - Provide support and companionship through activities and day to day living - Help with mobility and transportation needs - Administer medication and monitor health conditions - Support in implement individualised care plans tailored to the client. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members. - Daily case noting for shifts attended.
