Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $41.42/Hr. - CAD $55.91/Hr. Summary: Reporting to the Patient Care Manager, the RN Cardiac Cath Lab/Procedure Room/Electrophysiology Lab/Cardiac Short Stay, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure patients/residents receive comprehensive support. Your responsibilities will include: - Assess patients' physical, social, spiritual, and psychological needs. - Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. - Incorporate teaching into care plans to educate patients and families. - Make referrals to resources as needed. - Support fellow healthcare professionals. - Operate within the framework of Providence Health Care's mission, vision, and values. Education: - Current practicing registration as a BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) - Completion of a post graduate critical care course, or one year recent experience in a critical care or equivalent setting.
