Job Description We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Category Manager – Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) to develop and lead the implementation of global indirect procurement category strategies. This role is responsible for driving market analysis, sourcing decisions, and the creation of regional or enterprise-wide strategy plans for assigned categories. The position ensures alignment with key stakeholders across sites and regions while delivering cost optimization, supplier performance excellence, risk mitigation, and sustainable value creation. In addition to leading the MRO category, this role will provide flexible sourcing leadership across other indirect spend categories as required by the Indirect Procurement organization, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and evolving business needs.
