Job Summary: IT Business Systems Analyst II is responsible to gather client intake requirements, analyze and document technical solutions, administer life-cycle changes, and execute software quality assurance practices related to personalization services and production systems. Proven ability to quickly understand functional expectations, transform client’s required features into technical specifications, and test system deliverables to ensure high quality outcome is achieved. A results-driven and collaborative team player, strong logical capabilities, and data analysis expertise are key to success. Job Duties: Working closely as a regional team, the IT Business Systems Analyst II is responsible to align solution designs with client requirements, as well as produce technical documentation artefacts using Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira).
