In this role, you will assist in leading workers who assemble electrical components and help with planning and scheduling, while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing: - Work as part of a production team to assemble electrical components - Inspect and test harnesses and assemblies - Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, instructions, diagrams, engineering drawings, and other documentation - Assist supervisors in coordinating the activities of manufacturing personnel - Help maintain inventory, supplies, and tools - Assist in department scheduling - Keep the work area clean and organized - Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed - Recommend improvements to procedures What We’re Looking For: - Ability to use tools/equipment such as impact guns, wrenches, hammers, tape measures, cranes, and other necessary tools...
