Harmon, Inc. POSITION D ES CRIPTION: You are responsible for ensuring that all fabrication, assembly, and glazing operations produce curtainwall components that meet design, dimensional, and aesthetic requirements. Act as the front-line authority for product quality, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and customer standards throughout the manufacturing process. Manage Daily Operations on Shop Floor including leading inspectors, enforcing process controls, resolving nonconformances, and driving continuous improvement to reduce rework and scrap. Manage and Sustain Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plan for Site and Projects. Site Quality Metric Owner: Key Quality Partner and Liaison between Operations, Field, Manufacturing, and Engineering. On Site Leadership Team: EXPERIENCE: Preferred Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Minimum of 5+ years in manufacturing quality – ideally in curtainwall, façade, precision fabrication or assembly, or ETO.
