Utz Quality Foods is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our Weekend Night Shift operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on the production floor, values teamwork, and is passionate about driving results through people development, safety, and operational excellence. This position will be working Friday to Sunday from 6PM-6AM. Responsibilities: Requirements: Comfortable leading by example and staying hands-on on the production floor. Strong emotional intelligence, patience, and ability to manage in high-pressure situations. Dedicated to developing talent, recognizing achievements, and supporting career growth. Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with food safety standards (GMPs, HACCP, SQF) preferred.
