Production Associate

Job description

Qualifications: - Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures. - Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery. - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs. - Measure and cut raw material. - Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize production processes - cross-training will be required. - Complete required documentation and reports accurately and on time. - Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication skills Physical Requirements: 1st shift - Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PM $15/hr - Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds - Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods - Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variati...
