The Lead Operations position within Color & Pearl Production Operations is responsible for overseeing incoming receipts, stone testing, logistics and purchase transactions of Tiffany stones. This role will also be responsible for coordinating compliance and process improvement initiatives. Key Accountabilities: Production Operations: Oversee daily production transactions of stones, ensuring timely processing of backlogs within established service level agreements. Distribute receipts & purchasing transactions amongst staff and provide priority guidance within daily production operations. Coordinate with the Grading Lab, Unique and Core buying teams to process priority memos within agreed upon SLA’s. Manage logistic operations to ensure that incoming shipments are processed within compliance requirements. Maintain process effectiveness for outgoing shipments, partnering with couriers to remove barriers and implement new processes required to meet changing business demand. Support staff to troubleshoot transaction errors, coordinate with necessary business partners to resolve such timely.
