This position is responsible for operational oversight, maintenance of current and capital improvement projects of all County owned and leased facilities. The incumbent Serves as the organizational consultant to the BOCC on matters relating to facilities management, capital and space planning, risk management, contract negotiations, claims settlement, regulatory and contract liability; and interprets and ensures compliance with policies, regulations, contracts and laws affecting County operations.
