MISSION: Develop and optimize formulations for hair dyes, bleaches, and professional hair care products to ensure high performance, safety, and compliance. Lead and manage color development projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring product quality and performance. Research and identify new ingredients, technologies, and trends in hair color science to drive innovation. Conduct thorough patent searches to assess freedom to operate and support innovation in formulation development. Utilize instrumental measurements and analytical techniques to characterize and validate product performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development efforts with business goals. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level team members.
