We are working closely alongside with Southern Housing to assist with the appointment of a Contract Manager , on a 6.5-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £26.95 - £35.59 per hour Summary: Lead the development and management of a robust contract management framework across a diverse housing portfolio, including student, keyworker, market rent, co-operative and short-life accommodation. This role focuses on governance, compliance, performance monitoring, and risk management, ensuring all contractual arrangements align with organisational objectives and deliver value for money.
