What You'll Be Doing: The Retirement Benefits Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's 401(k) plan and Health Savings Account (HSA), helping ensure the consistent administration of retirement benefits programs and contribution funding that comply with legal and regulatory requirements and support the achievement of organizational objectives. What We're Looking For: - Manage all pay contribution funding. - Monitor and reconcile contributions and loan variances to ensure all contributions are reported and posted accurately. - Perform weekly, quarterly, and annual audits including remittance confirmations, excess deferral, 402g reporting, loans, deduction code set up, and contribution limits. - Respond to retirement inquiries and educate associates with regard to company’s retirement plans and HSA. - Research complex associate data i...
