The Contracts Analyst is responsible for supporting the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, analyzing, negotiating, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives . This role partners closely with Structuring and Origination, Front Office Trading, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Risk Management , and business stakeholders to mitigate contractual risks and support operational efficiency.
