We ’re looking for a Lead UX Designer to thoughtfully contribute to our award-winning electronic health record and healthcare revenue cycle product , athenaOne . In this role, you will help lead the UX portion of our product development process for multi-disciplinary agile R&D team s consisting of product managers, developers, data analytics specialists, and service operations agents — not to mention our customers — to define, design and test workflows that empower medical providers, coders, and billers to effectively manage and perform core claim preparation , submission, and resolution tasks . We’re working to turn a complex and sometimes cumbersome set of processes into a more unified, intuitive, satisfying, and empowering experience for our users. This role is based in Boston, MA .
