Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician Location: Petersburg, VA Job Type: Direct Hire Payrate: Starting at $36.00+/hour depending on experience Earning Potential: Annual compensation may reach up to $95,000 through a combination of base pay, scheduled overtime, production incentives, and shift differentials. Position Overview: A large-scale industrial manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support plant equipment reliability and production uptime. This position focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems and automated production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with motors, PLC-controlled systems, electrical troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance practices.
