Summary The Business Operations Manager supports the financial and operational activities of the Department of Neurology across clinical, research, and educational missions. This role manages complex business operations, coordinates financial processes, and provides analysis to support departmental decision-making. Working with a high degree of independence, the position integrates financial planning, administrative operations, and compliance activities across multiple funding sources. This role serves as a key partner to departmental leadership to support operational efficiency, financial stewardship, and strategic initiatives. Collaborates with clinical and research leadership to support financial and operational coordination across functional areas. Coordinates with central finance, HR, and compliance offices to ensure alignment with institutional policies. Supports preparation of financial reports, presentations, and analysis for departmental leadership, including the Chair and Administrator.
